In June 2010, Gavin Andresen created a little website that gave away five bitcoins per visitor. It helped people try a new kind of money.

This community revisits that idea with FAUCET on Solana. The verified FAUCET/WBTC markets allocate a 3% holder reward fee. Eligible holders receive Wrapped BTC (Wormhole) on Solana through Pump.fun distributions.

This is an independent community project inspired by Bitcoin history. It is not operated by Gavin Andresen or the original faucet.
