Round 1 is open. Let’s get more FAUCET holders stacking sats.

I’ve seen smaller holders asking why BTC rewards haven’t arrived in their wallets. If you’ve been holding less than $20 worth of FAUCET, Pump’s minimum distribution threshold may explain it.

Why the $20 threshold matters

Pump’s official Holder Rewards documentation refers to:

Wallets holding at least the minimum eligible amount (currently US$20 equivalent)

Read Pump’s official fees and Holder Rewards documentation.

For Holder Rewards coins, the fee directed to holders accumulates in a vault and is distributed proportionally to eligible balances, in the pool’s quote asset. For FAUCET, those rewards are BTC on Solana.

Putting more FAUCET into smaller holders’ hands

I’ve added another 2.5M FAUCET to the community faucet wallet, bringing my personal contribution to 4.5M FAUCET.

The Round 1 community pool is 4.5M FAUCET: 60 full grants of 75,000 FAUCET each. The faucet page shows the live claimable contract balance once funded. Tokens in the community wallet become claimable only after they are transferred into the faucet contract.

Each eligible wallet can claim an additional 75,000 FAUCET, once in Round 1. This is the full grant on top of your existing tokens:

  • 20,000 held → 95,000 after claiming.
  • 50,000 held → 125,000 after claiming.
  • The grant is not reduced to fill the difference up to 75,000.

Who qualifies?

  • Your total wallet balance immediately before claiming must be at least 20,000 and strictly below 75,000 FAUCET. A balance of exactly 75,000 is outside this round.
  • You must have a verified qualifying market purchase. Receiving a transfer by itself is not a qualifying purchase.
  • For the full continuous 12-hour holding period, your balance must remain at or above both 20,000 FAUCET and 50% of that qualifying purchase. The larger requirement applies.
  • You must pass the ownership, history and abuse checks and must not already have claimed in this campaign.

For example, a qualifying purchase of 50,000 requires a continuous balance of at least 25,000 for 12 hours. A qualifying purchase of 30,000 still requires at least 20,000 throughout. Falling below the required balance breaks that qualifying holding period; the website checks whether a later qualifying period exists.

New buyers are welcome after they meet the holding period. This round has no fixed closing date. If a check is incomplete or a limit has been reached, the page should explain what to do next.

How to claim

  • Visit thebitcoinfaucet.cash/faucet and complete the human check.
  • Connect your Solana wallet and sign the expiring ownership message. That message proves you control the wallet; it is separate from the claim transaction.
  • Check your eligibility. The website verifies the purchase, balance and continuous holding history from Solana. Where a qualifying hold is still running, it shows the estimated eligibility time, subject to keeping the required balance and passing a fresh check.
  • Review the grant and estimated SOL cost, then approve the claim transaction in your wallet. Keep a small amount of SOL available for network fees and any required account deposits.
  • Once the claim is confirmed, choose a claim-card design and download the PNG.

The claim sends FAUCET to your connected wallet. We do not need your seed phrase or private key.

What does this mean for BTC rewards?

At a $250,000 reference market cap and the current supply, $20 corresponds to approximately 76,976 FAUCET. The smallest qualifying wallet would hold 95,000 after this grant, worth roughly $24.68 at that reference price.

These are illustrations, not a live eligibility quote. Token prices move. Pump checks its own reward conditions when distributing, so the grant cannot promise an immediate BTC payment or continuing eligibility. You can follow actual receipts on the website’s My rewards page.

A little Bitcoin history, flowing again

On 11 June 2010, Gavin Andresen announced a faucet offering five bitcoins per person so more people could get coins and experiment with Bitcoin. Read his original announcement.

That idea still matters to me. FAUCET is an independent community project inspired by it: help more people experience BTC ownership and give smaller holders a chance to join the rewards pool. Gavin and the original faucet are not affiliated with this project.

Anyone who wants to help fund future drops can contribute FAUCET on Solana to that wallet. Contributions are optional and do not improve eligibility or buy a claim. Further drops depend on contributions being added to the contract and the campaign budget.

Claimed? Reply in the discussion with your claim card.

Come over to the discussion after claiming.

Download your card after the transaction confirms and attach the PNG in the discussion. Tell us how your claim went. Sharing a card is optional and makes the displayed wallet information public.

If something fails, reply with the error message and whether you’re on phone or desktop. A transaction signature can help us investigate a submitted claim. Never share a seed phrase, private key or CAPTCHA/session token.

TLDR: Community initiative I'm taking to double, even triple small and loyal holders bags.
